Description
The Yale CPV Electric Chain Hoist (Hook or Lug Suspended) combines modern engineering with robust industrial construction to deliver reliable lifting performance across a wide range of professional applications. Designed for versatility, the CPV series is available with top suspension hook as standard and lug suspension as an option, allowing easy integration into fixed lifting points, crane systems and structural beams.
With lifting capacities from 125kg up to 5000kg, the CPV hoist range is engineered for durability and smooth operation. The unit features an integrated upper and lower limit switch that significantly extends the service life of the slip clutch, motor and gearbox by preventing over-travel.
Built to demanding industrial standards, the CPV incorporates a 42V low-voltage control system, electromagnetic spring pressure brake, and overload protection (slip clutch outside the force flow) to maximise operator safety and equipment longevity.
The oil bath gearbox with helical gearing ensures particularly smooth running and extended service life, while the rugged housing and IP55 protection class allow dependable operation in challenging working environments.
