The YaleLift 360 Hand Chain Hoist represents a major advancement over traditional hand chain hoists, delivering superior ergonomics, safety and durability for professional lifting applications. Engineered for use in confined spaces and harsh operating conditions, it enables operators to work more safely and efficiently while maintaining full control of the load.

At the core of the YaleLift 360 is its innovative 360ø rotating hand chain guide, allowing the hand chain to be pulled from virtually any direction. This enables operation from the side of the load, above the load or in restricted spaces where conventional hoists cannot be used safely. The operator is no longer forced to stand directly beneath or next to the load, significantly reducing risk. This unique design also allows the hoist to be used for horizontal pulling and tensioning applications, greatly expanding its versatility on site.

The hoist features a robust, fully enclosed stamped steel housing that protects all internal components from dust, dirt and moisture, even in the toughest industrial conditions. This makes the YaleLift 360 suitable for outdoor use, heavy industry, construction sites, shipyards and maintenance environments. The enclosed chain guide and gearbox ensure long service life with minimal maintenance, even under continuous use.

An extremely low headroom design maximises available lifting height, making the YaleLift 360 ideal for installations with limited clearance. Precision-engineered components, including a hardened load sheave with precision-machined pockets, ensure accurate chain engagement, smooth load movement and reduced wear on the load chain.

The advanced brake system operates exceptionally quietly and eliminates vulnerable ratchet pawls found in conventional designs. Manufactured from high-quality materials and enhanced with zinc-plated and yellow-chromated finishes, the braking components deliver outstanding reliability, safety and corrosion resistance.

The surface-protected alloy steel load chain meets all current national and international standards and is optimally matched to the load sprocket. This ensures safe, efficient and long-lasting operation, even under heavy loads. The hoist is fitted with forged top and bottom hooks made from high-tensile steel, designed to yield under overload conditions instead of breaking. Both hooks rotate through 360ø and are equipped with robust safety latches for secure load attachment.

The YaleLift 360 is available in capacities from 500kg to 10,000kg, with an additional 20-tonne model offering a compact design despite its high lifting capacity. The YaleLift 360 20t features a low hook-to-hook height of just 1065mm and uses only six chain falls, resulting in higher lifting speed and reduced overall weight compared to traditional high-capacity hoists.

Optional extras include an adjustable overload protection device, chain containers, corrosion-resistant versions, and ATEX-certified models for hazardous environments, making the YaleLift 360 suitable for a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, chemical processing, power generation and heavy manufacturing.
