The Yalelift LH is the next evolution of the YaleLift IT series, designed specifically for environments where even smaller headroom is critical. Featuring a specially developed chain reeving system and chain guide, the hoist allows the bottom block to be pulled laterally and positioned almost flush with the beam flange. This ensures maximum utilisation of available vertical space, making the LH series ideal for low-ceiling workshops, plant rooms, and shipboard installations.

The integrated design incorporates the proven manual trolley technology from the YaleLift IT series, offering both push (YLLH/LHP) and geared (YLLH/LHG) trolley options. For capacities up to 3,000kg, a single chain fall design minimises hook-to-hook distance, further reducing headroom requirements.

Trolleys up to 5,000kg can be configured for two beam flange ranges:
– Range A: 50?180mm (standard, covers 80% of applications)
– Range B: 180?300mm (optional, for wider beams)

The trolley wheels are designed for beam inclines up to 14% (DIN 1025 ? Part 1) and feature pre-lubricated, encapsulated ball bearings for smooth, effortless travel. The trolley adjustment system is almost stepless, enabling fast installation via simple adjusting nuts. Anti-drop and anti-tilt devices are fitted as standard for added operator safety.

The LH series is engineered for industrial durability. All components are robust, corrosion-protected, and built to withstand rigorous daily use. Optional features include:
