The Yale RPE Electric Winch is engineered for efficiency, durability, and operator safety. The winches are designed to DIN 15020, classification 1 Bm/M3, and comply with the EC Machinery Directive, ensuring reliable and standardised performance.

Available in capacities from 250 kg to 2000 kg, the RPE winches are suitable for lightweight applications up to medium-duty industrial lifting. Each unit undergoes factory overload testing and is supplied with a test certificate detailing the serial number and manufacturer declaration. A comprehensive operating manual is also included, providing guidance on safe and efficient operation.

The RPE features a spring pressure disc brake integrated into the motor, which securely holds loads even in the event of a power failure. Its internal brake motor and compact design reduce overall dimensions while maintaining performance. The winch?s spur gear transmission with helical first gear ensures smooth and quiet operation. Lubricated with grease, the RPE can be installed in any orientation without affecting performance or longevity.

For overload protection, select models (RPE 10-6 and RPE 20-6) include an adjustable slip clutch, safeguarding the winch and load in high-stress scenarios. The winch drum is designed with a plain rope recess, allowing multi-layer winding without damage to the rope, ensuring safe, efficient, and long-lasting use.

The RPE is available with either standard voltage controls or 42 V low-voltage control, including push-button with emergency stop and a 2 m control cable for added operator safety.
