The Yale TZL and TZR Load Indicators provide reliable, flexible, and user-friendly load measurement solutions for a wide range of industrial applications. Built around the proven Tigrip? mechanical measuring system, these instruments combine mechanical robustness with electronic precision, offering versatility in use while maintaining ease of operation and cost-effectiveness.

Both models feature a clear liquid crystal display (LCD) capable of showing either gross or net load. The devices can tare loads for precise measurement, retain peak values, and indicate overload at 110% of the rated capacity. Battery status is also displayed to ensure uninterrupted operation.

The TZL load indicator comes with a digital display and compact, lightweight housing for easy handling. Its robust design ensures long-term durability, while the battery system provides around 200 hours of operation. Automatic zeroing at power-on, maximum load memory, and selectable measuring units (kg, t, lbs, to, kN) make the TZL a practical choice for conventional crane weighing, force monitoring, and general industrial use. Rechargeable batteries can also be used with an external charger (not included).

The TZR load indicator expands functionality by adding radio control and data transmission. The displayed values can be read from the remote control and transferred to a PC via USB interface. Accumulation memory allows several measurements to be totalled and saved, and the system can be combined with an optional external display for improved visibility. This makes the TZR ideal for data-driven applications, production monitoring, and detailed load documentation.

Both models are supplied complete with batteries, a carrying case, and a test certificate. Shackles and hooks are not included, allowing the user to configure the indicator for their specific lifting or measurement application.
