The Yale TKL and TKR Crane Weighers provide a precise and practical solution for weighing loads directly in the lifting process. Designed for professional use, these compact devices combine high accuracy with exceptional durability, making them suitable for demanding industrial environments.

Both models feature a clear liquid crystal display (LCD) that allows easy reading of load values and provides essential operating information, including overload indication and battery status. The display can show either gross or net load, while the tare function enables accurate measurement when using lifting accessories. Measuring units can be selected in kilograms, tonnes, pounds, short tons, or kilonewtons, offering maximum flexibility across a wide range of applications.

The TKL crane weigher is equipped with a digital display integrated into a robust housing that can be rotated through 180ø, ensuring optimal visibility from different working positions. Its lightweight design allows easy handling, while the high-capacity battery system delivers approximately 200 hours of operating time. Automatic zero setting at start-up, peak value memory and maximum weight display support efficient and reliable weighing operations. Rechargeable batteries can also be used with an external charger (not included).

The TKR crane weigher expands functionality by adding radio control and data transmission. Measured values can be read directly from the remote control and transferred to a PC via the integrated USB interface. The accumulation memory allows multiple measured values to be totalled and stored, making the TKR ideal for production monitoring, goods-in processes and load documentation. The system can also be combined with an optional easy-to-read external display for improved visibility at a distance.

Safety is a key feature of the Yale TKL and TKR range. The crane weighers provide an overload warning at 110% of the rated capacity, helping to protect both the device and the lifting equipment. With a tare range of up to 100% of rated capacity and automatic standby to conserve battery power, these crane weighers deliver dependable performance with minimal downtime.

Supplied as complete units, both models include batteries, a protective carrying case and a test certificate. The TKR version additionally includes a remote control with display, PC cable and user software, ensuring immediate readiness for data-driven weighing applications.
