Description
The Yale CPV Electric Chain Hoist with Hand Push Trolley Suspension offers professional-grade lifting performance combined with manual mobility. Designed for light to medium industrial applications, the hand push trolley allows the hoist to travel along an I-beam or crane runway manually, giving operators precise control of load positioning without the need for powered travel.
Capacities range from 125kg up to 5000kg, making the CPV series versatile for workshop, assembly, and maintenance operations. The hoist features an integrated upper and lower limit switch that protects the motor, gearbox, and slip clutch by preventing over-travel.
Safety is enhanced with 42V low-voltage control, an electromagnetic spring pressure brake, and overload protection outside the force flow. The oil bath gearbox with helical gearing ensures smooth and quiet operation, while the all-steel chain guide maximizes chain life.
The compact, robust design makes it suitable for manual crane systems, light industrial bridges, and workshop lifting setups, while retrofit options allow the trolley to be adapted to different beam sizes.
