The Yale YPPS-10/150 Pull Cylinder is a compact, self-contained hydraulic pulling solution designed for professional use in shipbuilding, steel construction, civil engineering and general maintenance. This model combines the proven Yale Chro-Mo Design pull cylinder with an integrated hand pump, allowing precise pulling control without the need for a separate hydraulic power pack.

In its neutral position, the YPPS-10/150 pull cylinder is fully extended. When pressurised, the forged links draw together, generating high pulling force. Once hydraulic pressure is released, the built-in return spring extends the piston automatically. This single-acting design ensures fast and reliable operation with minimal setup.

Constructed from solid chromium-molybdenum steel and fully heat-treated, the YPPS-10/150 offers robust strength and durability for demanding industrial use. The hard chromium-plated piston resists corrosion and wear, while the replaceable heat-treated saddle ensures long service life under heavy loads.

With a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar, the YPPS-10/150 delivers a pulling capacity of 10 tonnes, with a 150 mm stroke and an effective plunger area of 14.2 cmý. The cylinder is designed for precise control and safe operation, with a stop ring rated to full capacity and fitted with a dirt wiper to protect internal components from contamination.

The YPPS-10/150 features forged replaceable links for secure attachment and includes a carrying handle and piston protection cover for safer handling and enhanced durability. The integrated hand pump is similar to the HPS-2/0,7 A, providing a compact, portable solution that is ideal for remote locations, field service and quick maintenance tasks.
