Description
The Yale YEHB Hydraulic High-Tonnage Cylinders are engineered for demanding lifting, positioning, jacking and heavy-load handling applications. With capacities ranging from 140 to 1100 tonnes, these cylinders are designed to withstand the toughest industrial environments including steel construction, bridge building, machinery installation, foundation support, stress testing and load weighing.
The double-acting hydraulic return enables fast piston retraction even with long hydraulic hoses, making YEHB cylinders ideal for high-cycle operations and remote positioning tasks. Generous guiding bands ensure stable and robust piston guidance, ensuring smooth movement and extended service life.
Each YEHB cylinder features a hard chromium-plated piston, a stop ring as piston end stop, and an interchangeable hardened saddle to withstand heavy loads and reduce wear. A dirt wiper protects the internal components from contamination, ensuring consistent performance even in harsh environments.
Operating at a maximum pressure of 700 bar, the YEHB series is supplied with two female coupler halves CFY-1 and oil port thread 3/8 NPT. Mounting threads are available on request, and all cylinders come equipped with lifting rings for safe handling and installation.
