Description
The Yale FPS Hydraulic Foot Pump is a robust, foot-operated power source designed for single-acting hydraulic cylinders in demanding industrial environments. With a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar, it is ideal for applications requiring frequent, repeatable hydraulic cycles while keeping the operator?s hands free.
Unlike hand pumps, the FPS is fully foot controlled, managing both pressure build-up and cylinder return via foot action. This makes it well suited to production, testing and workshop applications such as pressing, crimping, clamping and sample testing, where efficiency, comfort and safety are critical.
A two-stage hydraulic system ???????????? fast piston advance under light load, automatically switching to high-pressure output as resistance increases. This reduces operator effort and cycle times, even during prolonged use.
The pump features a large, heavy-duty base plate for excellent stability during operation, preventing movement or tipping at full pressure. Operating pressure is externally adjustable, and the foot-controlled release valve allows smooth, controlled lowering for precise load handling.
