Description

Yale HPS Hand Pumps provide reliable, high-pressure hydraulic power for single-acting hydraulic cylinders where a portable, independent solution is required. Designed for a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar, they ensure connected cylinders can safely achieve their full rated capacity in demanding applications.

The HPS range features a two-stage pumping system to minimise effort and speed up operation. Stage 1 delivers high oil volume for fast piston advance under light loads, automatically switching to Stage 2 for high-pressure, low-volume output when resistance increases. This ensures controlled lifting and precise load handling. (The HPS-1/0,7 A is a single-stage model for lighter-duty use.)

Constructed from heavy-duty steel, HPS hand pumps are built for long service life in harsh industrial environments. Large support feet provide excellent stability, while the tilted oil reservoir maximises usable oil volume and improves pumping efficiency. An ergonomic handle reduces operator fatigue and can be locked in place for safe transport.

Safety and control are integral to the design. A large return valve enables smooth, precise load lowering, while an externally adjustable pressure relief valve protects the system from overload. Integrated air-bleeding and oil-filling plugs simplify setup and routine maintenance.

Yale HPS hand pumps are widely used for lifting, jacking, positioning, maintenance and assembly tasks across construction, steel fabrication, civil engineering and industrial maintenance. Optional pressure gauges with matching adaptors are available for applications requiring accurate pressure monitoring.
