Yale TWAZ High-Pressure Hand Pumps are engineered for specialist hydraulic applications requiring extreme pressures up to 2000 bar with absolute control and reliability. Built for professional industrial use, the TWAZ series combines a compact manual design with exceptional performance, making it the ideal solution where conventional 700 bar pumps are not sufficient.

These high-performance hand pumps feature a two-stage pumping system that enables very rapid pressure build-up. Stage one delivers high oil volume for fast initial pressurisation, while stage two generates extremely high pressure with precise manual control. Both pressure stages are protected by individually adjustable pressure-limiting valves, allowing operators to safely set and maintain exact pressure levels directly from the outside of the pump.

TWAZ hand pumps are specifically designed for critical, high-pressure applications, including pressurising hydraulic nuts and safety couplings, bolt tensioning systems, hydrostatic pressure testing, anchor pretensioning, and high-pressure oil injection for bushing or bearing removal.
