The robust construction is complemented by long piston guides and double bronze bearings, significantly reducing friction and minimising wear even under eccentric or lateral loading?an issue commonly encountered in real-world applications such as frame presses, welding fixtures and lifting systems.

Each cylinder operates at a maximum working pressure of 700 bar and features a single-acting design with spring return, allowing for fast, controlled retraction with just one hydraulic hose connection. This makes the YS series both efficient and easy to integrate into existing hydraulic setups.

A hard chromium-plated plunger provides excellent protection against corrosion, mechanical damage and scoring, ensuring smooth operation and extended service life.
