The Yale festooned cable system kit is a complete, ready-to-install solution designed to deliver safe, organised and reliable power supply to cranes, hoists and moving equipment. Engineered for industrial environments, this professional festoon cable management system ensures smooth cable travel while protecting power lines from wear, snagging and premature failure.

Each kit contains all essential components required for installation, making it an efficient and cost-effective choice for workshops, warehouses, production facilities and materials handling applications. The modular design allows the system to be configured to suit a wide range of track lengths from 3 metres up to 30 metres, providing flexibility for both new installations and system upgrades.

The robust C-rail track system supports precision movement of the cable trolleys, while the included support arms and brackets clamp securely to the top flange of an I-beam (up to 305mm flange width). This ensures stable installation and consistent cable management even under regular operational use.

With a maximum trolley load capacity of 10kg and a 750mm cable loop depth, the Yale festoon system is optimised for smooth cable travel and reduced mechanical strain. The supplied 4-core 2.5mm flat PVC cable is durable and well suited for industrial power transmission, while the abrasion-resistant cable trolleys maintain consistent spacing along the track.
