Description
The Yale MY hydraulic manifolds are precision-engineered components for connecting multiple hydraulic cylinders to a single pump in high-pressure hydraulic systems. Rated for up to 700 bar, these manifolds ensure safe, efficient distribution of hydraulic fluid to multiple outputs.
Each manifold is equipped with 3/8 NPT inner oil ports, making the connection of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and couplers quick and reliable. For direct connection to hand pumps, a FY-1 double nipple is recommended.
All manifolds are supplied with steel blind plugs to close off unused ports, providing flexibility and preventing leaks. They are ideal for multi-cylinder lifting, pressing, and jacking applications where synchronized operation is required.
Function and operating principle
A manifold allows a single hydraulic pump to power several cylinders simultaneously. Each oil port can be individually connected or plugged as required. The manifold distributes oil flow evenly while maintaining maximum system pressure.
