The Yale CPA ATEX Basic Pneumatic Chain Hoist with VTG geared trolley is a heavy-duty lifting solution designed for hazardous environments requiring ATEX certification. This range combines the robust CPA pneumatic hoist with a VTG geared trolley that fits beams from 98mm to 300mm, allowing smooth and controlled horizontal movement along the beam.

Built for continuous operation, the CPA ATEX hoists provide 100% duty rating and unlimited starts, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications such as chemical plants, refineries, offshore installations, food processing and other high-frequency lifting environments. The pneumatic operation makes them highly resistant to contamination, humidity and aggressive media, where electric hoists may struggle.

The VTG geared trolley enables precise positioning and stable movement along the beam. It is available in two beam sizes:
VTG-A for beams 98?180mm
VTG-B for beams 180?300mm

This configuration is available across the full range of CPA ATEX Basic models (20-8 through 100-3) with varying lifting capacities and chain falls.

All models meet national and international standards and are available with optional accessories such as limit switches, rope control, chain containers, maintenance units and stainless steel load chain. For longer lifting heights, additional lift can be configured with chain containers and extended chain lengths.
