The Yale TKE and TKI Crane Weighers provide a practical and efficient solution for accurately weighing loads directly in the lifting process. Their compact design, combined with a robust steel housing, makes them suitable for demanding industrial environments where reliability, portability and precision are essential.

Both models feature a high-contrast liquid crystal display (LCD) that clearly shows measured values, even in challenging lighting conditions. The display can be easily switched between gross and net load, and a tare function allows the operator to subtract the weight of lifting accessories or containers. Measuring units can be displayed in grams, kilograms, tonnes or pounds, offering flexibility for a wide range of applications.

The TKE crane weigher is equipped with a digital display and infrared remote control with a range of up to 8 metres, allowing safe operation from a distance. With an accuracy of ñ0.03% of the weighing range, the TKE ensures dependable results for routine weighing tasks. Additional features such as automatic zero setting on start-up, peak value memory and maximum weight display further enhance usability.

The TKI crane weigher builds on the capabilities of the TKE by adding radio control and data transmission. Measured values can be viewed directly on the remote control and transferred to a PC via the integrated USB interface. The TKI also includes accumulation memory, enabling multiple load values to be totalled and stored, making it ideal for inventory control, batch weighing and documentation. Optional user software allows further data processing and analysis.

Both models are supplied as complete, ready-to-use units, including upper and lower shackles, infrared remote control, batteries, carrying case and test certificate. The lightweight design makes handling easy, while the strong steel housing ensures long service life. Automatic standby mode helps conserve battery power, delivering an operating time of approximately 40 hours without radio communication.

Safety is a core aspect of the Yale TKE and TKI design. The crane weighers automatically switch off if the rated load is exceeded, protecting both the device and lifting equipment. With a wide tare range of up to 100% of rated capacity and reliable overload warning, these crane weighers offer confidence during daily lifting operations.
