Unlike mechanical pullers, hydraulic pullers apply force smoothly and evenly, significantly reducing the risk of component damage and operator injury. The BMZ series features a fully integrated hydraulic pump and cylinder, eliminating the need for external hoses, hand pumps or power packs. This all-in-one design makes the puller easy to transport, quick to set up and highly versatile for use in confined or awkward working positions.

The puller is suitable for removing and installing a wide range of press-fitted or heat-fitted components, including gears, bearings, couplings, wheels, pulleys, axles, shafts and brake drums. Controlled hydraulic force minimises shock loading, helping to protect both the component being removed and the surrounding machine structure, while also reducing machine downtime.

Manufactured with drop-forged alloy steel jaws, the BMZ puller offers exceptional strength and durability even under repeated high loads. The hard chromium-plated piston ensures long service life and smooth operation, while the spring return mechanism allows fast and effortless piston retraction after use.

A key advantage of the BMZ hydraulic puller is its no-torsion, no-spindle-wear design.
