Description
The RUD RBG / VRBG Load Ring Thread is designed to provide robust, flexible, and safe lifting solutions for professional applications. The load rings feature a split force introduction through multiple fixing points, minimising stress on the base component and extending service life. The bracket can be pivoted through 180?, allowing for flexible lifting angles and easy alignment with rigging equipment.
The RBG / VRBG system allows a WLL up to 90? in the load ring plane, providing enhanced versatility while maintaining safe load handling. Clear markings indicate the minimum WLL for all loading directions, giving operators a reliable visual reference to ensure safe usage.
Manufactured with RUD?s high-quality engineering standards, the VRBG variants feature four-bolt connections and innovative wear markings, allowing quick assessment of the lifting point?s condition. Once the markings indicate the limit, the lifting point is ready to be discarded, supporting preventative maintenance strategies and reducing in-service failure risk. The RBG versions are available with two-bolt or vario-length options, depending on load requirements.
