The Pewag Winner Profilift PLDW Delta Rotating Lifting Eyebolt – UNC Thread is a premium lifting solution engineered for applications requiring Unified National Coarse (UNC) threads, commonly used across North American, offshore, energy, petrochemical and export-driven industries. Combining advanced engineering with uncompromising safety standards, the PLDW Delta UNC delivers reliable performance even under complex and dynamic lifting conditions.

At the heart of the PLDW Delta design is a ball-bearing supported lifting eye that rotates a full 360° under load, paired with a 180° pivoting high-strength Delta ring. This configuration allows the lifting point to self-align with the direction of pull, significantly reducing harmful side loading and minimising stress on the threaded connection. The wide lifting eye is designed to accept larger hooks and multi-leg sling assemblies, ensuring versatility across a broad range of lifting scenarios.

Each PLDW Delta UNC lifting eyebolt is supplied with an interchangeable special screw, manufactured from strength class 12.9 steel and 100% crack-tested to guarantee structural integrity. The screw is corrosion-protected and clearly marked with thread size and load capacity, while every lifting point features a unique serial number to support full traceability, inspection and compliance requirements.

The Pewag Winner Profilift PLDW Delta range is engineered to withstand a four-fold safety factor against break in all directions, offering confidence even in the most unfavourable lifting configurations. Load capacities are clearly defined for different lifting angles, number of sling legs and asymmetric loading conditions, with detailed tables included in the operating manual supplied with each product.

Available in UNC thread sizes from 3/8″ to 2 1/2″, the PLDW Delta UNC covers working load limits from approximately 1,100 lbs up to 39,600 lbs, making it suitable for light, medium and heavy lifting applications. The lifting point is ideal for use on machinery, steel fabrications, engines, moulds, tooling and structural components where UNC threading is required.

Optional accessories such as peTAG identification are available on request for enhanced asset tracking and inspection management.

Safety & User Instructions
Always ensure the lifting eyebolt is fully tightened to the specified fastening torque before use.
Align the lifting ring in the correct direction of pull prior to lifting, particularly when using multi-leg slings.
