The RUD VLBS VIP Load Ring Weldable is engineered to deliver reliable and flexible lifting performance where a permanent, welded lifting point is required. With a large WLL range from 1.5 t to 16 t, the VLBS is suitable for use on machinery, steel frames, transport equipment, and fabricated components. The suspension ring can be pivoted through 180?, allowing the lifting point to align naturally with the direction of the load. This reduces side loading and improves overall lifting safety. Additionally, loads can be applied safely up to 90? in the load ring plane, offering greater flexibility during complex lifting operations.
A key feature of the VLBS is the functionally optimised shape of the suspension ring, which provides improved support during side loading while protecting the integrated clamping spring.
