Description

The Pewag Winner Pro Grade 12 Two Leg Ready-Made Chain Sling is designed for balanced and controlled lifting where loads have two attachment points or where enhanced stability is required. Manufactured using Pewags advanced Grade 12 profile chain technology and assembled in accordance with EN 818-4, this sling delivers exceptional performance, safety and efficiency for demanding industrial lifting operations.

With an approximately 50% higher Working Load Limit (WLL) than Grade 8 and around 20% higher than Grade 10, the Winner Pro G12 system enables users to downsize the nominal chain diameter while maintaining or exceeding required lifting capacities. This reduction in chain size significantly lowers sling weight, improving handling, reducing operator fatigue and increasing productivity.

The two leg configuration distributes the load across two lifting points, improving stability and reducing stress on individual components. Pewags oversized Grade 12 master link features an asymmetrical design that optimises contact with crane hooks manufactured to DIN 15401, improving load transfer and reducing wear during lifting operations. The geometry of the master link also allows for quicker and safer assessment of the applicable working load limit based on sling configuration.

Winner Pro Grade 12 two leg chain slings are available in chain sizes from 7mm to 13mm and can be supplied with a choice of latch hooks, standard self-locking safety hooks or oversized self-locking safety hooks. Optional shortening grab hooks allow each leg to be individually adjusted, making it easier to level uneven or asymmetrical loads without additional rigging equipment.

All slings are supplied complete with a Declaration of Conformity and detailed safe use instructions, supporting compliance with LOLER regulations and recognised lifting best practice.
