Description
The YaleLift 360 with Integrated Trolley is a highly versatile lifting solution that merges the innovative YaleLift 360 hand chain hoist with a compact, low-headroom manual trolley, available either as an integrated push trolley (YLITP) or an integrated geared trolley (YLITG). This combination allows loads not only to be lifted safely, but also moved horizontally along the beam with precision and minimal effort.
Designed for maximum efficiency in low-ceiling environments, all models up to 3,000kg are built with a single chain fall, significantly reducing the minimum headroom (dimension A). This makes the unit particularly suitable for workshops, production facilities, shipyards, power plants, warehouses and maintenance areas where lifting height is limited.
At the heart of the system is the revolutionary 360ø rotating hand chain guide, which allows the operator to pull the hand chain from virtually any direction. This enables safe operation from outside the danger zone, even in confined spaces or awkward working positions, and also allows horizontal pulling or tensioning where permitted. Combined with the integrated trolley, the hoist offers outstanding operational freedom and safety.
The integrated trolley features an approved, almost stepless adjustment system using adjusting nuts, allowing fast and simple assembly to a wide range of beam sizes. For trolley capacities up to 5 tonnes, two beam width ranges are available:
Range A (standard): flange widths up to 180 mm, covering approximately 80% of applications
Range B (optional): flange widths up to 300 mm, easily converted on site
The trolley wheels are designed for beam profiles with an incline of up to 14% (DIN 1025 ? Part 1) and are equipped with pre-lubricated, encapsulated ball bearings to ensure smooth, low-resistance travel. Anti-drop and anti-tilt devices are fitted as standard, enhancing operational safety during both lifting and traversing.
The hoist itself features a fully enclosed, robust stamped steel housing, protecting all internal components against dust, dirt and harsh environmental conditions. The low headroom design maximises usable lifting height, while the quiet, high-performance brake system ensures reliable load holding without vulnerable ratchet pawls. Brake components and internal parts are surface-treated to improve corrosion resistance and service life.
A hardened load sheave with precision-machined pockets ensures accurate chain guidance and smooth lifting motion, reducing wear on the chain. The zinc-plated alloy steel load chain complies with all relevant national and international standards and is optimally matched to the load sprocket for long-term, safe operation.
Forged suspension and load hooks, manufactured from high-tensile steel, are designed to yield under overload rather than break. Both hooks rotate through 360ø and are fitted with robust safety latches, ensuring secure load attachment in all operating positions.
The YaleLift 360 with Integrated Trolley is available in capacities from 500kg to 20,000kg, with configurations including:
– Single fall: 500kg ? 3,000kg
– Double fall: 5,000kg
– Triple fall: 10,000kg (geared trolley)
– Six falls: 20,000kg (geared trolley)
Both push trolley (YLITP) and geared trolley (YLITG) versions are available, allowing users to select the most suitable solution depending on load weight, travel distance and control requirements. ATEX versions are also available for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
