The RUD PSA-INOX-STAR range provides reliable, certified anchorage points for personal fall protection systems. Engineered as true ?life savers?, these anchorage devices are designed for permanent or semi-permanent installation on steel structures, machinery, platforms, and access systems where operator safety is critical.
The PSA-INOX-STAR is manufactured entirely from high-grade stainless steel (1.4462), including both the ring body and the bolt. This makes it especially suitable for corrosive environments such as offshore, marine, food processing, chemical plants, and outdoor installations where long-term durability and corrosion resistance are essential.
Both PSA-INOX-STAR and PSA-VRS-STARPOINT models feature a 360? rotatable ring, allowing the user?s personal protective equipment to align naturally in any direction. This reduces torsional loading, improves comfort, and enhances overall safety during movement or rescue operations.
A non-removable special bolt ensures permanent installation and prevents unauthorised removal or incorrect reassembly, significantly reducing misuse risks. The distinctive penta-shaped design provides visual identification as a certified PPE anchorage point and prevents incorrect handling with standard tools.
These RUD safety anchorage points are designed for a Working Load Limit of 1 to 2 persons, clearly indicated on the product for immediate verification on site. Markings comply with DIN EN 365, providing traceability and inspection clarity throughout the product?s service life.
The PSA-INOX-STAR and PSA-VRS-STARPOINT are tested and certified by the PPE special division of DGUV, comply with EC Directive 89/686/EEC, and exceed the requirements of DIN EN 795. DGUV approval also covers fastening into steel structures and installation using blind rivet nuts, offering flexibility for retrofit and new-build safety systems.
