Description

The Pewag Winner Pro Grade 12 Single Leg Ready-Made Chain Sling represents the next generation of high-performance lifting equipment, offering significantly increased strength, reduced weight and enhanced safety compared to traditional Grade 8 and Grade 10 chain slings. Manufactured using Pewag’s advanced Grade 12 profile chain technology and assembled in accordance with EN 818-4, this sling delivers exceptional lifting performance for demanding industrial applications.

With an approximately 50% higher Working Load Limit (WLL) than Grade 8 and around 20% higher than Grade 10, the Winner Pro G12 system allows users to select a smaller nominal chain size while achieving the same or greater lifting capacity. This results in reduced sling weight, easier handling, improved ergonomics and lower overall operating costs.

The single leg configuration is ideal for direct vertical lifts, choke lifts and basket lifts where a single attachment point is required. Winner Pro Grade 12 slings are available in chain diameters from 7mm to 13mm, covering a wide range of lifting capacities while maintaining a 4:1 safety factor.

Each sling is assembled using Pewag’s oversized Grade 12 master links, designed with an asymmetrical shape to optimise contact with crane hooks manufactured to DIN 15401. The advanced geometry improves load distribution, reduces wear and enhances operational safety. A choice of latch hooks, standard self-locking safety hooks or oversized self-locking safety hooks allows the sling to be tailored to site-specific lifting requirements.

Optional shortening grab hooks can be fitted to allow adjustment of the effective working length (reach), making the sling highly adaptable for variable or uneven loads. All Winner Pro Grade 12 chain slings are supplied with a Declaration of Conformity and detailed safe use instructions, supporting LOLER compliance and best-practice lifting standards.
