Description
The Crosby IPTK Beam Clamp is designed for the safe lifting, positioning, and transfer of steel beams and structural sections. Featuring an integrated hoisting eye, the clamp provides a secure attachment point for hooks, shackles, or other lifting tackle, making it suitable for a wide range of rigging and lifting applications.
Constructed from a welded alloy steel body with forged alloy components, the IPTK clamp offers exceptional strength while maintaining a compact and durable design. Its adjustable jaw range allows it to accommodate a variety of beam flange widths, making it versatile for structural lifting tasks in construction, fabrication, and industrial environments.
Each clamp is individually proof tested to twice the Working Load Limit (WLL) and supplied with a test certificate and user manual. For identification and traceability, the Crosby IP logo, Working Load Limit, and jaw opening are permanently stamped on the clamp body, and each unit carries a unique serial number and proof load test date.
With an operating temperature range of -40 C to +100 C, the IPTK clamp is suitable for demanding environments and heavy-duty lifting operations. Maintenance and repair kits are available, helping ensure long service life and continued safe performance.
