Description
The Crosby IPHOZ Horizontal Plate Lifting Clamp is designed for the safe horizontal lifting and transfer of steel plates and sheet materials in industrial lifting applications. Used in pairs, these clamps provide secure load handling and balanced lifting when moving plates horizontally with appropriate lifting equipment.
Constructed from a high-strength welded alloy steel body with forged alloy components, the IPHOZ clamp combines durability with a compact design suited to demanding environments. An integrated handle allows operators to easily position the clamp onto the material before lifting.
Each clamp is individually proof tested to twice the Working Load Limit (WLL) and supplied with a test certificate and user manual. For clear identification and traceability, the Crosby IP logo, Working Load Limit, and jaw opening are permanently stamped on the clamp body, while a unique serial number and proof load test date are also marked on each unit.
With an operating temperature range of -40 �C to +100 �C, the IPHOZ clamp is suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. Maintenance and repair kits are available to support long-term safe operation and extend the service life of the equipment.
