The Crosby HR-1200 UNC Side Pull Hoist Ring is a high-performance lifting point engineered specifically for side loading and angled lifting operations. Manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel, this robust hoist ring provides exceptional strength, durability, and reliability in demanding industrial environments.
Unlike standard lifting points designed primarily for vertical lifting, the HR-1200 series is rated at 100% of its working load limit for lifting angles up to 90 degrees, making it ideal for side pull lifting applications where loads must be lifted or rotated from the side.
The hoist ring body is finished with a yellow chromate coating, providing improved corrosion resistance and extending the service life of the component in harsh operating environments such as construction sites, fabrication facilities, and heavy manufacturing plants.
Each hoist ring is permanently stamped with a Product Identification Code (PIC) to ensure complete material traceability. The ring is also clearly marked with the working load limit and the Crosby name or �CG� identification, ensuring quick verification during inspection and lifting operations.
For lifting system compatibility, the HR-1200 UNC hoist ring is designed to be used with standard Crosby Red Pin� shackles, allowing easy connection to wire rope slings, chain slings, or synthetic lifting slings (sold separately). Multiple bolt lengths are available to accommodate different mounting depths and installation requirements.
Every Crosby HR-1200 UNC hoist ring is individually proof tested to 2.5 times the working load limit, ensuring consistent strength and safety performance across the entire range.
