The Crosby HR-1000M Heavy Lift Swivel Hoist Ring is a high-capacity lifting point designed for heavy-duty rigging, lifting, and material handling applications. Manufactured from premium alloy steel and engineered for strength and durability, the HR-1000M provides a reliable solution for lifting operations where safety and performance are critical.
One of the defining features of the HR-1000M series is its forged bail design, which offers superior strength and durability compared with standard hoist rings. The bail also features a larger opening than standard hoist ring bails, allowing for easier attachment of hooks, shackles, and lifting slings in complex lifting configurations.
Each hoist ring incorporates a 360� swivel and 180� pivot action, allowing the lifting ring to automatically align with the direction of the applied load. This reduces the risk of side loading and ensures the hoist ring can operate safely within its rated angular lifting range.
All HR-1000M hoist rings are individually proof tested to 2.5 times the working load limit and supplied with certification, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with rigorous lifting standards. Each unit also includes raised lettering displaying the Crosby name or �CG� and a Product Identification Code (PIC), providing full traceability of materials and manufacturing.
The top washer is permanently stamped with both the working load limit and the recommended torque value, ensuring proper installation. Washers are colour coded silver for metric thread identification, making it easy to distinguish between thread types in mixed equipment environments.
For additional operational advantages, Frame Size 2 and larger models are equipped with RFID technology, enabling enhanced asset management and equipment tracking in industrial environments.
The HR-1000M series is available in metric thread sizes from M8 to M36, offering working load limits ranging from 0.40 tonnes to 13.75 tonnes. The units are dual rated with both 5:1 and 4:1 design factors, providing flexibility depending on the lifting application and engineering requirements.

Tighten the bolt to the recommended torque value stamped on the washer.
