Description

The Crosby IPTKU Beam Clamp is designed for the safe lifting, positioning, and transfer of steel beams and structural sections in industrial lifting operations. This model features an improved hinged hoisting eye, allowing greater flexibility when connecting lifting equipment and helping maintain correct load alignment during lifting.

Manufactured from a high-strength welded alloy steel body with forged alloy components, the IPTKU beam clamp provides excellent strength, durability, and reliability in demanding environments. The adjustable jaw design allows the clamp to fit a range of beam flange widths, making it suitable for various structural lifting applications.

Each clamp is individually proof tested to twice the Working Load Limit (WLL) and supplied with a test certificate and user manual. For traceability and identification, the Crosby IP logo, Working Load Limit, and jaw opening are permanently stamped on the clamp body, and each unit is serialised with a proof load test date.

The IPTKU clamp operates within a temperature range of -40 �C to +100 �C, making it suitable for demanding industrial conditions. Maintenance and repair kits are available to support long-term safe operation and extend service life.
