Description
The Crosby IPNM10N Vertical Plate Lifting Clamp is designed for applications where material protection is critical. It is ideal for sectors where surface integrity must be maintained during vertical lifting, turning, or transfer.
Constructed from a welded alloy steel body with forged alloy components, the IPNM10N provides strength in a compact design. The clamp offers full 180 rotation, enabling safe and flexible movement of plates or fabricated materials. Its lock-open and lock-closed latch mechanism allows operators to pretension the material before lifting and safely release it after handling.
The IPNM10N model requires clean, dry material surfaces to operate safely. There is no minimum working load limit (WLL), making it versatile for small and delicate lifts. Each clamp is individually proof tested to 2 the WLL with certification included, and the clamp body is stamped with the Crosby IP logo, WLL, and jaw opening. Every unit is serialised with proof load test date, providing traceability.
This standard jaw model offers working load limits from 0.5t to 2t, making it suitable for industrial, construction, and fabrication sectors where non-damaging lifting is essential. Optional maintenance and repair kits are available.
Designed to meet EN 13155 and ASME B30.20 standards, the IPNM10N ensures a reliable and safe lifting solution.
Safety & User Instructions
