Description
The Yale Personnel Tripod CMHTM9 is a robust, portable tripod designed for personnel access, rescue and confined space work, where safe lifting and lowering is required. Complete with a pulley system, it allows controlled ascent and descent for a single user and is rated to 140kg, making it ideal for maintenance, inspection, confined space entry and rescue operations.
Constructed for strength and stability, the tripod has an adjustable height range with a closed height of 1.75 metres, an adjustable working height from 1340mm to 2300mm, and a footprint diameter of 1.66m to 2.36m. Weighing 17kg, it is designed for portability while maintaining a stable base for demanding site environments.
The Yale personnel tripod conforms to BS EN 795, meeting recognised safety standards for anchor devices in fall protection systems. It can be used as a dedicated personnel access and rescue device when paired with suitable fall protection equipment such as a safety harness, retrieval device or winch.
For material handling, the tripod can be converted to a material tripod using a 500kg WLL connector (CMHTM9-CONNECT), allowing safe lifting of tools and equipment within the rated capacity.
