Description
The Crosby IPTKW Beam Clamp is designed for the safe transfer and positioning of steel beams and structural sections while providing a secure connection point for lifting tackle. This model is supplied without a hoisting eye, allowing users to integrate the clamp directly into specialised rigging systems or custom lifting setups.
Manufactured from a high-strength welded alloy steel body with forged alloy components, the IPTKW clamp delivers durability, strength, and a compact design suited to demanding industrial lifting environments. The adjustable jaw allows the clamp to fit a range of beam flange widths, providing flexibility for different structural lifting tasks.
Each clamp is individually proof tested to twice the Working Load Limit (WLL) and supplied with a test certificate and user manual. For identification and traceability, the Crosby IP logo, Working Load Limit, and jaw opening are permanently stamped on the body, and every unit features a unique serial number and proof load test date.
Designed for reliable performance in challenging environments, the IPTKW clamp operates within a temperature range of -40 C to +100 C. Maintenance and repair kits are available, helping ensure long-term safe operation and extended service life.
