Description
The Crosby IPBHZ Beam Lifting Clamp is specifically designed for the safe lifting and transfer of steel beams in industrial lifting operations. Its robust design ensures a secure grip on beam flanges, allowing safe and controlled movement during installation, fabrication, or transport.
Manufactured from a high-strength welded alloy steel body with forged alloy components, the IPBHZ clamp delivers durability, reliability, and a compact design suitable for demanding lifting environments. The clamp is engineered to provide secure engagement with the beam, ensuring stable handling during lifting operations.
Each clamp is individually proof tested to twice the Working Load Limit (WLL) and supplied with a test certificate and user manual. For clear identification and traceability, the Crosby IP logo, Working Load Limit, and jaw opening are permanently stamped on the clamp body, while every unit is individually serialised with a proof load test date.
With an operating temperature range of -40 C to +100 C, the IPBHZ clamp is suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. Maintenance and repair kits are available, ensuring long-term performance and safe operation throughout the clamps service life.
