Description
The Crosby IPHGUZ Horizontal Plate Lifting Clamp is designed for the safe horizontal lifting and transfer of steel plates and similar materials. Featuring a pretension system, the clamp securely grips the material before lifting begins, ensuring a stable and controlled lift.
Constructed from a welded alloy steel body with forged alloy components, the IPHGUZ clamp provides exceptional strength while maintaining a compact and efficient design. The clamp is equipped with a universal hoisting eye, allowing flexibility when attaching to lifting equipment and helping maintain correct load alignment during lifting operations.
A built-in handle allows operators to easily position the clamp on the plate. Each clamp is individually proof tested to twice the Working Load Limit (WLL) and supplied with certification and a user manual.
For traceability and compliance, every clamp is individually serialised and permanently stamped with the CrosbyIP company name, logo, Working Load Limit, and jaw opening. Manufactured in an ISO 9001 certified facility, the IPHGUZ clamp meets strict quality standards and is suitable for demanding industrial lifting environments.
