The Crosby SS-125M Stainless Steel Swivel Hoist Rings are premium lifting points designed for demanding environments where corrosion resistance and reliable lifting performance are essential. Manufactured primarily from high-grade 316 stainless steel, these hoist rings provide exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion, making them ideal for marine, offshore, food processing, and chemical industry applications.

All primary components are manufactured from 316 stainless steel, while the bolt retainers are produced from 15-7 PH (UNS S15700) magnetic stainless steel for enhanced strength and reliability. This robust construction ensures long service life even in harsh environments exposed to moisture, salt, or chemicals.

The SS-125M swivel hoist ring is engineered to provide full rated working load at a 90� lifting angle, offering greater flexibility compared with traditional eye bolts. The swivel and pivoting design allows the lifting ring to align with the load direction automatically, helping to reduce side loading and improve lifting safety.

Each hoist ring is individually proof tested to twice the working load limit (2� WLL) and supplied with certification, ensuring verified performance and compliance with rigorous lifting standards. Additionally, the units are fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the working load limit, making them suitable for repetitive lifting operations in industrial environments.

For full traceability and safety assurance, every unit includes a Product Identification Code (PIC), along with permanently stamped markings indicating the working load limit and the Crosby brand name or “CG”. The supplied washer is colour-coded silver for easy identification of metric threaded models.

The SS-125M range is available in a wide variety of metric bolt sizes, from M8 through to M90, providing working load limits from 0.20 tonnes up to 22.30 tonnes. Each unit is supplied with a 316 stainless steel socket head cap screw manufactured to ASTM F837M, ensuring high strength and compatibility with industrial equipment and machinery.
