This model is supplied as a complete lifting system, including the 5PF5 powder-coated davit crane, 4WP2-KL-CE Atlas Series electric winch, galvanised steel wire rope with load hook, and the 5BP5 pedestal base mount. The crane and base feature a durable red powder-coated finish designed to withstand typical industrial working conditions while providing long-term durability.

The davit crane arm features a fixed boom with three adjustable operating angles, allowing operators to select the appropriate lifting configuration based on load position and reach. Each boom angle provides a different rated capacity, ensuring safe operation while maintaining flexibility for a variety of lifting tasks.

The included 4WP2-KL-CE electric winch operates on 230V single-phase 50 Hz power and is designed for longer lift applications and repetitive lifting tasks. The winch features a 1.5 HP TEFC motor, automatic internal load brake, and a durable aluminium drum and gear reducer assembly. A 1.8 m pendant control with emergency stop allows operators to control lifting safely from a convenient distance.

The system includes 6.4 mm diameter galvanised steel wire rope measuring 13.7 metres, fitted with a secure load hook. The winch also includes a quick-disconnect slot for a swaged ball end wire rope, enabling faster rope replacement or system configuration if required.

Designed for portability, the davit crane uses quick-release pins and snap fastenings, allowing it to be assembled, disassembled, or relocated quickly without tools. The crane arm can also fold for easier transport and compact storage, making it ideal for maintenance teams working across multiple lifting locations.

Once installed, the davit crane provides 360� rotation, allowing operators to easily position loads during lifting operations and improving handling flexibility in confined spaces.

The Atlas Series electric winch offers reliable lifting performance with multiple drum layer ratings and line speeds. The unit includes a 2.4 m power cable with CEE 7/7 plug, corrosion-resistant pressure plate, and powder-coated components for added durability. The winch is also limit-switch ready, allowing optional integration of a davit arm limit switch for additional safety control.
