The DALE Type B Steel Mobile Lifting Gantry is built for heavy-duty industrial lifting, offering a safe, adaptable solution where fixed lifting structures are impractical. The braced beam configuration provides additional rigidity and load stability, making it ideal for higher capacities and longer spans.
Designed for capacities from 2,000 kg to 5,000 kg, the Type B range is available in seven clear spans (3 m to 6 m) and five height options (3 m to 5 m under-beam). The gantry can be braced inward (in-rigged) or outward (out-rigged) depending on site layout and operational needs.
Each gantry is mechanically welded and can be dismantled into three main parts, ensuring easy mobility and efficient assembly. Swivel castors and parking jacks are fitted as standard, allowing safe movement and stable lifting positioning.
The RAL 1028 yellow polyurethane finish with a three-layer protective coating ensures durability in industrial environments. Performance-tested for hoisting speeds up to 16 m/min and trolley travel speeds up to 10 m/min, the Type B gantry combines precision with strength.
Optional extras — including manual and electric hoists, powered trolleys, lockable switches, and outdoor protection finishes — make this gantry system adaptable for a wide range of lifting scenarios.
