The DALE PORTC Workshop Gantry Crane is a compact, mobile lifting solution ideal for workshops, assembly stations, and maintenance bays.
Designed using the PROSYSTEM® Light Crane System, it offers exceptional smoothness, strength, and precision, with capacities from 250 kg to 1,000 kg.
Each gantry features a mechanically welded steel frame that can be dismantled into three main parts, making it portable and easy to install.
Fitted with a patented, near-silent hoist trolley and low-resistance castor wheels, the PORTC gantry ensures effortless movement along the beam — perfect for indoor light-duty lifting operations.

Description
The DALE PORTC Workshop Gantry Crane combines precision engineering with lightweight mobility, delivering a versatile lifting system for workshops, assembly areas, and light manufacturing lines.
Developed with the PROSYSTEM® Light Crane System, the DALE PORTC utilises two optimised steel profiles (125 and 200 mm) to achieve maximum strength-to-weight performance while maintaining low rolling resistance.
The patented hoist trolley operates with a rolling resistance of only ≈ 1 % of the moved load, offering almost silent operation and precise load control.
Manufactured to DALE’s exacting standards, the mechanically welded structure can be dismantled into three sections, allowing quick installation, relocation, or storage.
Mounted on four swivel castors with white polyamide wheels, the gantry provides excellent manoeuvrability on smooth workshop floors.
Each unit is finished with a three-layer RAL 1028 yellow polyurethane coating for lasting corrosion protection and is supplied ready for use with load trolley and power cable.
Designed for indoor use only, the DALE PORTC delivers reliable, ergonomic lifting for loads between 250 kg and 1,000 kg SWL, across spans from 2 m to 5 m and heights up to 3.5 m.
Supplied complete with a User & Maintenance Manual and EC Certificate of Compliance, this DALE system meets all current lifting safety standards.
