Description

The DALE PALHR H-Bar Adjustable Lifting Beam offers exceptional adaptability for lifting operations requiring variable load widths and low headroom. Designed to handle loads up to 10 tonnes across spans from 1 to 4 metres, the PALHR combines precision engineering with outstanding safety and ease of use.

The beam’s design features adjustable secondary beams and movable hooks, enabling the operator to configure the spread and attachment points to suit each load. This ensures accurate balance, stability, and versatility when handling diverse load types.

Each PALHR beam is equipped with four articulated, plain-bearing swivel hooks with forged safety latches, ensuring secure connection and reliable performance. The tear-resistant eyelet accommodates synthetic slings, wire ropes, or chains.

Manufactured to NFE 52210 and FEM Group 5 standards, the PALHR features no structural welds, a 4:1 safety factor, and a RAL 1028 yellow polyurethane finish for corrosion resistance. It is suitable for use in environments operating between –20°C and +100°C and supports a maximum hoisting speed of 16 m/min.

All DALE PALHR beams are supplied fully certified, proof-load tested, and complete with user and maintenance manuals and an EC Certificate of Compliance.
