The MezzBarriers Warehouse Vertical Wall Structural Barrier provides robust, space-efficient protection for exposed structural elements such as wall-mounted columns, pipework, and service risers within busy warehouse and industrial facilities. Designed to minimise accidental impact damage from forklifts, pallet trucks, and other site vehicles, this barrier helps reduce maintenance costs, prevent service disruption, and improve overall workplace safety.
Part of the MezzBarriers modular warehouse barrier range, this vertical wall structural guard is manufactured using 48.3 mm outside diameter heavy-wall steel tube, offering excellent strength and durability in high-traffic environments. The steel tube is finished with a hard-wearing thermoplastic coating (PPA 571 ES) in RAL 1021 Alert Safety Yellow, ensuring outstanding visibility and resistance to abrasion, chipping, and impact when compared to painted alternatives.
The barrier features a vertical surround design with an external height of 1250 mm and an internal clearance of 300 mm × 300 mm, making it ideal for protecting wall-mounted services, columns, and structural uprights without obstructing pedestrian routes or vehicle movement. Its upright configuration deflects low-speed impacts away from vulnerable infrastructure, reducing the risk of damage and secondary safety hazards.
