Specifically designed to reduce accidental damage caused by forklifts, pallet trucks, and site vehicles, this corner protection system helps minimise repair costs, prevent operational downtime, and improve overall workplace safety.
Manufactured as part of the MezzBarriers warehouse protection range, this corner guard barrier utilises 48.3 mm outside diameter heavy-wall steel tube combined with premium galvanised fittings to deliver long-term durability in demanding industrial conditions. The steel tube is finished with a hard-wearing thermoplastic coating (PPA 571 ES) in RAL 1021 Alert Safety Yellow, providing excellent impact resistance and high visual contrast for improved hazard awareness.
With overall external dimensions of 500 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm high, the MezzBarriers corner guard creates an effective exclusion zone around building corners, machinery edges, racking ends, columns, and service areas. The three-sided barrier design helps absorb low-speed impacts and deflect vehicles away from critical structures, reducing the likelihood of structural damage or costly maintenance interventions.
