Description
The PP Pile Pulling Clamp is a specialist heavy-duty tool designed for removing driven piles, trench shields, sheet piles, and ground support structures in demanding construction and civil engineering environments. Engineered with a narrow opening and deep slotted throat, this clamp delivers a strong and secure grip on piles of varying thicknesses, ensuring safe extraction even under unpredictable pulling forces.
Because the force required to extract driven piles can be extremely variable, it is recommended that operators use a load indicator to ensure the clamp’s Working Load Limit (WLL) is not exceeded. This prevents overload situations and protects both the clamp and lifting system.
To maximise operational safety, the PP clamp comes with a double-locking mechanism, preventing accidental release during extraction. This ensures the clamp remains firmly secured throughout the entire pull, even when dealing with stubborn or deeply driven piles.
