Description
The Camlok® CG Standard Girder Turning Clamps are purpose-built for handling RSJ steel girders, enabling operators to lift, transport, and turn beams through 90° with ease and precision. These clamps attach securely to the horizontal flange of the girder and lock into place using a simple jaw locking lever. Once lifted, the girder automatically rotates to the vertical position, aiding efficient positioning for fabrication, installation, or processing.
For shorter or single-beam handling, the CG clamp can be used individually. For longer girders or more controlled handling, two clamps should be used in conjunction with a spreader beam to ensure safe and stable lifting.
The CG range is suitable for capacities from 100–2000 kg and features strong, durable construction suitable for demanding industrial environments. Part of Product Group I2, these clamps are service-friendly, with parts available and repairs restricted to trained technicians.
