The Omega Space Saving Pallet Gate is engineered to solve one of the most common issues on mezzanine floors, how to provide safe pallet loading when space is extremely limited. Its compact side frames and unique roller-assisted lifting mechanism make it ideal for narrow walkways, tight loading bays, and small mezzanine platforms where a traditional up-and-over gate would not fit.
This updated Omega model is built entirely using the Mezz Barrier tube clamp system, ensuring a strong, durable structure with all replaceable parts and no welded components. Free-rolling nylon rollers and pulley-assisted movement make raising and lowering effortless. Operators benefit from access to three sides of the pallet, significantly improving loading efficiency and manoeuvrability.
Every Omega gate is made to measure, allowing you to specify the exact inside width, inside depth, and load height required for your application. Fully compliant with BS EN ISO 14122-3:2016, the Omega provides continuous protection during forklift loading and unloading, preventing falls from height and ensuring safe working conditions at all times.

How the Omega Gate Works
The gate uses a pull-down / push-up balanced-action movement, operating via nylon rollers running inside the compact side frames. Wire-rope pulleys guide the motion, ensuring smooth, low-effort transition between open and closed positions while maintaining full edge protection at all times.
