The Mezz Barrier Atlas 1800mm Standard Mezzanine Pallet Gate is a fully mechanical safety gate engineered to provide continuous fall protection during pallet loading and unloading on mezzanines, elevated platforms and warehouse edges. Manufactured in the UK by Mezz Barrier, this robust system is built from galvanised steel and coated in high-visibility Safety Yellow thermoplastic to withstand demanding industrial environments.
Designed with a 1800mm internal load area, the gate allows smooth access for standard UK pallets. Its compact side frames enhance manoeuvrability, making pallet placement and removal easier in busy warehouse operations. The double-barrier mechanical design ensures that one side is always closed, preventing exposure to unprotected edges and maintaining full compliance with HSE guidelines and EN ISO 14122-3:2016.
The Mezz Barrier Atlas gate is constructed using EN 10255 galvanised steel tubing, stainless steel grub screws, durable nylon pivot bushes and a 6063 T6 aluminium kick plate for added edge protection. Delivered part-assembled, it installs quickly with a simple bolt-down, no-weld setup, eliminating the need for hot works permits or operational downtime.
Ideal for warehouses, logistics centres, production facilities and distribution hubs, the Mezz Barrier Atlas mezzanine pallet gate provides a long-life safety solution for elevated loading operations. Optional aluminium floor plates are also available for wooden decking applications.
