Compact Engineering for Maximum Hook Height

The low headroom configuration positions the hoist body set down on the powered trolley, supported by circular-section bars that provide a balanced, space-efficient structure.
A counterbalance system on the supporting bar offsets the eccentric weight of the hoist, ensuring perfect stability during lifting and travel.

The trolley system is built for precision and reliability, composed of idler and drive wheel assemblies, each equipped with two machined pressed-steel wheels mounted on spherical, permanently lubricated bearings.
The drive wheel assembly uses opposing wheels linked by a crown gear transmission bar, delivering smooth, stable movement under load.

The steel supporting plates are adjustable along the supporting bar and include an anti-derailment device for enhanced safety during travel.

The trolley motor is a conical, self-braking type featuring progressive start-up for controlled acceleration and deceleration.
