The Tiger TAH33 Pneumatic Air Hoist (3t�10t) is a premium-grade lifting system designed for industrial environments that demand strength, endurance, and precision. Operating at air pressures between 4�6 bar, this air-powered hoist delivers smooth, controlled lifting with a 100% duty cycle, allowing for continuous operation without overheating or downtime.
Ideal for industries such as shipbuilding, mining, offshore engineering, foundries, and power generation, the TAH33 combines advanced pneumatic performance with proven Tiger reliability. Built to ASME B30.16 and EN14492-2 standards, it offers unmatched durability and control even in hazardous environments.
Key safety and performance features include a fail-safe automatic disc brake, integral differential pressure load limiter, and precision pneumatic control system for accurate load positioning. The sealed planetary gearbox with heat-treated gears and high-strength bearings ensures reliable operation under the most extreme conditions.
The vane motor design provides maximum starting torque, even under load, while the integrated silencer keeps noise below 85dB(A) for a safer and more comfortable working environment. The Grade 8 load chain, compliant with EN818-7 Appendix B, ensures strength and endurance during heavy-duty lifting cycles.
