The MezzBarriers Warehouse Column Surround Guard Barrier provides robust, all-round protection for exposed building columns, structural supports, and critical services in busy warehouse and industrial environments. Designed to reduce accidental impact damage caused by forklifts, pallet trucks, and site vehicles, this column protection system plays a vital role in improving workplace safety while minimising costly repairs and operational downtime.
Part of the MezzBarriers warehouse barriers range, this column surround guard is manufactured using 48.3 mm outside diameter heavy-wall steel tube, delivering exceptional strength and durability. The steel tube is coated with a hard-wearing thermoplastic finish (PPA 571 ES) in RAL 1021 Alert Safety Yellow, providing maximum visibility and superior resistance to abrasion, impact, and wear when compared to painted alternatives.
With compact external dimensions of 500 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm high, the barrier forms a protective enclosure around structural columns, pipework, and service risers without obstructing workflow or vehicle movement. The surround configuration helps absorb low-speed impacts and deflect vehicles away from critical infrastructure, reducing the risk of structural damage, service disruption, and secondary safety hazards.
