The Mezz Barrier Atlas 1800mm Standard Mezzanine Pallet Gate in galvanised finish is engineered to provide reliable fall protection during pallet loading and unloading on mezzanine floors, warehouse platforms and elevated work areas. Manufactured in the UK, the Atlas range is trusted by warehouses, manufacturers and logistics facilities for safe and compliant goods handling at height.
This standard model features a 1800mm internal load area, suitable for standard UK pallets. The space-saving side frames (750mm deep) improve pallet accessibility and manoeuvrability, making loading operations smoother and reducing the risk of snags or collisions.
Constructed from EN 10255 galvanised steel tubing, the Atlas Pallet Gate offers superb weather resistance and long service life. All main components are mechanical and replaceable, with the system operating via a simple tip-over double-barrier mechanism ensuring that one side is always closed, preventing accidental exposure to open edges. The gate is fully compliant with HSE guidance and BS EN ISO 14122-3:2016.
The design includes stainless steel grub screws, nylon pivot bushes, galvanised cast steel tube clamps and a 6063 T6 aluminium kick plate for improved edge protection. Delivered with major sections pre-assembled, installation is quick and simple with a straightforward bolt-to-deck system, no welding or hot works required.
